The rooms at Kiani Akti are amazing! They have a cozy feel with earthy colors and modern furnishings. I loved the free WiFi and the views over the beautiful Aegean Sea from my room. The private bathroom with a shower was a great convenience. Having a safe, fridge, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in the room made my stay even more comfortable.

Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others might still find it sufficient.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super, right in the heart of a buzzing little village with locals everywhere. Our host, Doxa, was beyond amazing, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for - wifi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. Plus, the beach access was a game-changer. Can't wait to return next year!

Quality bedding and towels, comfiest bed in Greece, brand new furnishings - jaw-dropping! Every attention to detail, even small but useful things like a clothes dryer and pegs provided. Hidden gem! Amazing beachfront location with sea view tavernas, away from mass tourism and noise. Crystal clear water, sandy beaches with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Rooms are amazing with a beautiful bathroom. Lovely and friendly staff, especially Doxa who cleaned our room daily. Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect rooms. Can't wait to come back next year!+ So much more!

The location of this hotel is perfect for families with kids. It is right on the beach, allowing easy access to the sea and sand. there are multiple tavernas and restaurants within a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient for meals and evening entertainment. Opposite the hotel is their own restaurant, where guests can enjoy delicious meals, especially fresh fish.

The hotel is a bit far from the main port, which may require guests to have their own vehicle for traveling in and out of the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiani Akti in Katelios. The king-sized bed and modern bathroom were a great surprise. Our host, Doxa, went above and beyond to assist us, even calling a doctor when my husband fell ill. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach and restaurants. The room and ensuite were always spotless, and the family atmosphere made us feel right at home. We already can't wait to return next year!
